“好房子”是新时代人民美好生活的重要载体，也是我国住房建设从“有没有”走向“好不好”的关键标志。本文在梳理我国“好房子”相关标准的基础上，从多元化核心价值维度，提出构建兼顾普适性与地域性、可量化、可验证、可迭代的“好房子”标准体系的思路，为政府决策、行业转型和企业产品升级提供参考。

"Good housing" is a crucial carrier of the people's aspiration for a better life in the new era, and it also marks a key transition in China's housing development from addressing basic availability( "whether there is housing") to ensuring high quality( "whether the housing is good"). Based on a review of existing national standards and policies related to "good housing", this paper proposes a framework for developing a quantifiable, verifiable, and iterative standard system for "good housing" that balances universality and regional characteristics. It aims to provide references for government decision-making, industry transformation, and enterprise product upgrading.
